More often than not, we become friends with the people we work with. We joke about the "Leary Building Company experience", but in all seriousness it's a very real thing. It means taking care of people, treating them the way we all like to be treated. We work very hard to take care of the folks we work with by treating their home with respect, answering questions, cleaning up after ourselves, etc.  Just as a welcomed guest would do. When the work is done, it's always bittersweet to walk away, but receiving kind words afterwards is not only rewarding and fulfilling, but serves as the backbone of our reputation.

Leary Building Co. transformed our home with a full renovation and kitchen addition, turning a complete gut job into a stunning, high-quality custom space. The project began at the end of April 2020 and, remarkably, was completed just three months later on August 8, 2020. Despite the challenges of that time—when dining out wasn’t an option—Tim and his team made sure our stove and refrigerator stayed usable throughout the entire process.

From the start, Tim worked closely with us to incorporate our ideas and needs, translating them into a kitchen beyond our expectations.
