More often than not, we become friends with the people we work with. We joke about the "Leary Building Company experience", but in all seriousness it's a very real thing. It means taking care of people, treating them the way we all like to be treated. We work very hard to take care of the folks we work with by treating their home with respect, answering questions, cleaning up after ourselves, etc.  Just as a welcomed guest would do. When the work is done, it's always bittersweet to walk away, but receiving kind words afterwards is not only rewarding and fulfilling, but serves as the backbone of our reputation.

Leary Building Company reflects the flexible, easy-going manner, imagination, and high standards of its founder, Tim Leary. When I hired Tim and his crew to renovate a full bathroom and walk-in closet, they not only fulfilled every wish on my fanciful list, but exceeded my expectations re quality of workmanship, and cooperative, friendly interactions with Tim and his crew members.  By maximizing the available square footage, Tim's crew not only created an elegant second-floor bathroom, complete with a tiled shower and sandstone floor, but also a small bedroom closet and half bathroom, complete with ample two linen closets.  Did I mention that this project occurred just as the pandemic arrived in the spring of 2020? If ever there was a test of patience, flexibility, and ethical behavior, Leary Building Company passed it with the highest marks.
