We chose Leary Building Company over two other contractors primarily because of the professionalism and high-quality work demonstrated by Tim and his team. Tim not only brought our vision to life but also provided additional creative ideas that significantly improved the functionality and layout of our space.  Tim and his team were consistently responsive, respectful, professional, and fair. They showed up on time each day, met deadlines, cleaned up thoroughly, and paid attention to every detail.   This project was very important to our family as we were creating a space for family time and entertaining. The crew was as passionate about this project as we were, and we look forward to enjoying our finished basement for many years to come!
